When the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) was signed into law, it made health insurance more affordable for many Americans. The ARPA expands access to coverage and lowers costs for people who purchase plans in the Marketplace.
Under the new law:
If you aren’t currently insured:
Visit the Marketplace and follow the steps on the main page to see if you qualify for financial help. Then, follow the steps to enroll in a Providence Health Plan.
If you are currently insured:
Simply go to the Marketplace and update your application and enrollment to receive new eligibility results. If you qualify for financial help, it can lower your monthly Providence Health Plan premium right away.
No problem. The COVID-19 special enrollment period allows you to enroll in any Providence Health Plan you choose until August 15th.
