We offer a competitive level of commission compensation to producers who sell and retain business with Providence Health Plan. The attachments below summarize the details of our compensation and are part of the Agency and Commission Agreement with each producer, by reference. Providence Health Plan reserves the right to periodically modify the commission schedules. Current versions of these attachments will be maintained on this page.
