Behavioral health resources
Galileo’s doctors and therapists offer evidence-based support through health coaching and a self-guided cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) skills program. These tools are designed to help manage stress, anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, and smoking cessation. If in-person care is needed, Galileo’s Care Navigation team is available to provide referrals and ensure timely access to the right support.
Behavioral Health Network
Our broad behavioral health network gives you access to in-person and virtual providers that fit your needs. This includes therapists, counselors, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, and psychiatrists. They provide ongoing care and support for many behavioral health challenges. You can get the care you need anytime, from anywhere.

Behavioral Health Concierge
You and your family members can access virtual and confidential appointments at no cost. This service is a convenient way to seek help from a licensed behavioral health provider.
Available to members and their eligible dependents in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, California, and Texas.

Pharmacy resources
Preferred Retail Pharmacy Network
Our preferred retail pharmacy network gives you access to over 34,000 participating pharmacies. With in-person and mail order options, you can conveniently access the prescriptions you need. Save yourself both time and money with our resources.

We provide members with an in-depth list of covered drugs, called a formulary. It promotes affordable and effective medications including brand-name and generic options.

Mail-order pharmacies let you order medications and have them delivered to your home, saving trips to the pharmacy.

Specialty pharmacy
Specialty medications help treat complex health conditions that need education, monitoring, handling instructions, and often requires prior authorization before being prescribed. To make sure you have the information you need, you’ll have a specialty care team to assist you. They’ll give you extra support, like showing you where to get your medication and helping you find financial aid if it’s available.

ExpressCare Virtual is available for members who don’t have the time or ability to travel to a clinic for treatment. You can address non-urgent medical issues. Available nationwide. Access 7 days a week from a tablet, smartphone, or computer.
