A Message to Our Valued Provider Partners

We remain committed to our provider partnerships during this period of transition. Please continue business are usual, delivering care to members with confidence that eligibility, claims processing, prior authorization, and operational processes remain unchanged.

Members have received required communication about our market exit in 2027. If you receive any questions from members, please reinforce that their Providence Health Plan benefits remain active and they should continue using their coverage and accessing care as usual until their new 2027 coverage takes effect. Remember, we're here to help. Our Customer Service and Provider Relations teams are available to provide support and answer questions.

As we move forward, we will continue to work closely with you to ensure continuity of care for members, maintain operational stability, and support a smooth transition through 2026 and 2027.
