Insulin Savings through the Part D Senior Savings Model

What is it?

At Providence Medicare Advantage Plans we recognize that the cost of insulin can be a barrier to managing diabetes for our members. With 1 in 3 Medicare beneficiaries working to manage their diabetes we have opted in to the Part D Senior Savings Model to provide affordable and predictable insulin costs to our members. Through this program, a one-month supply of Select Insulin is no more than a $35 copay in the Deductible, Initial Coverage, and Coverage Gap phases.

Program Benefits Include:

• Affordable and predictable monthly insulin costs at the pharmacy
• One-month (30 day) supply of Select Insulin is no more than a $35 copay in the Deductible, Initial Coverage, and Coverage Gap phases of your Part D coverage
• Providence Medicare Advantage Plans care management team and network of 1000s of providers will help you to confidently manage your diabetes.
