Health and wellness classes

Looking for a class on stress reduction or to help you learn to cook healthier? Time to quit smoking or give yoga a shot? From grief support to weight and pain management, we offer a host of classes that will enhance your life and broaden your horizons.*

In addition to health education classes, Providence St. Joseph Health offers a variety of lectures, health screenings, support groups, and more.

How to enroll

For members in Oregon and Washington:

To enroll in a class, please contact the Providence Resource Line at 503-216-7969 or 800-562-8964 (TTY: 711) 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Friday (Pacific Time).

Reimbursement may be available for classes taken through participating facilities. To receive reimbursement, you must fill out and submit the Health Education Reimbursement Form (PDF).

For members in California:

To enroll in a class, please contact the Center for Health Promotion at 714-618-9500 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday (Pacific Time).
