Affordable prescriptions
Most plans offer a $0 copay for Tier 1 preferred generic drugs and reduced cost for a 90-day supply at mail order and preferred pharmacies. Most of our pharmacy plans cover Part D vaccines in full.

You must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium.
Some dentists do not bill insurance. If you see a dentist that doesn’t bill insurance, you will need to pay cash and submit a reimbursement request form.
Important Message About What You Pay for Vaccines - Our plan covers most Part D vaccines at no cost to you (For Choice and Prime plan members: even if you haven’t paid your deductible). Call Customer Service for more information.
Important Message About What You Pay for Insulin - You won’t pay more than $35 for a one-month supply of each insulin product covered by our plan, no matter what cost-sharing tier it’s on (For Choice and Prime plan members: even if you haven’t paid your deductible).
