Oregon: The Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA) of 2021 requires health insurance issuers offering Individual & Family plans to disclose any direct or indirect compensation paid to an agent or broker for plan selection and/or enrollment services. Providence Health Plan compensates agents and brokers at a rate of $18.00 per member per month for medical plans and $3.10 per member per month for dental plans. In certain instances, some agencies may receive an override payment of $4.00 for their services.
