Annual Enrollment Period Opens October 15
Providence Medicare Advantage Plans continues to offer comprehensive coverage in communities across California, Oregon, and Washington, reinforcing its commitment to serving members with high-quality, accessible healthcare during a time of significant industry change. The Annual Enrollment Period runs from October 15 through December 7, 2025, with coverage beginning January 1, 2026.

As the Medicare Advantage landscape experiences unprecedented changes—with rising healthcare costs, increased utilization, and regulatory pressures affecting carriers across the country—Providence Health Assurance remains focused on sustainable, quality coverage in its core service areas.
