Nuestros planes de masaje proporcionan beneficios para los servicios médicos necesarios de proveedores autorizados.



Características del plan:


  • No es necesario cumplir con ningún deducible (excepto en un plan HSA Qualified)*
  • El tratamiento debe ser médicamente necesario
  • Los cuidados preventivos no están cubiertos
  • Los planes de masaje requieren que los miembros acudan a un proveedor en la red. Hay planes “Plus” disponibles que permiten al miembro estar cubierto cuando acude a cualquier proveedor de terapia de masaje con licencia.
